    Medication:
    Metformin for diabetes (current HbA1c 5.3%); simvastatin for cholesterol (currently 3.1 mmol/l); ramipril and bisoprolol for blood pressure (currently 105/60); plus aspirin. Also, multivitamin and omega 3 supplement once per day.
    Exercise:
    Walking only - trying to achieve 5,000 to 10,000 steps per day - occasionally do more but usually do very little exercise. I really ought to do much more.
    Likes:
    Looking at my meter and seeing a result that falls into the normal range.
    Sport - cricket, football, ice hockey, rugby union and league, etc, etc.
