Cod?
The ingredients say Pollock - same family, the Gadidae, but not the fish called cod, and it has quite a strong flavour and a greyish flesh. It makes a good mix with cauliflower, though. I get bags of it in Lidl.
 
I love nearly all fish, but I prefer to cook it myself and usually keep it simple - a bit of butter, lemon juice or garlic or both, salt & pepper, then grill, bake, steam, poach or fry.
 
I buy those too. Iceland do something similar but with salmon, very nice indeed. I serve them on a bed of french beans and sometimes coat them in coriander pesto.
