Hi luceeloo. You might want to investigate the interactions of Vitamin D3 with Vitamin K2-7. Together they are involved in removing calcium from the blood into bones and teeth but K2 may also have a role in uptake of D3 from the gut. I say may because there is conflicting evidence.
How please?Will self-test vitamin d each month.
How please?
Coming back to update. Had a vitamin D blood test included in a panel from the GP this week. Back up to 168 nmol/L so I am starting on the B50 for 3 months to see what happens.
Will self-test vitamin d each month.

There are a few other services too, but this one looks to be the cheapest.
Good D level there- I assume you've been supplementing if you're in the UK ? or having good sun exposure otherwise ?
meant long waiting times for the results to come back which makes it hard to titrate your D levels on the fly, unless you keep accurate records of what you took and when, and that's assuming you're good at maths

Hugs & best wishes the recovery is as speedy affair as is possible.

Hi Goonergal. Sorry for the very slow response. This site has an interesting summary but as always I am sceptical about anything linked to sales. The basic info is sound though I think. I hope you are feeling better soon.
Guess I’d better get some 1,000 iu capsules for adjusting.
