Flu Jab causing a hypo?

Hello, today my son had his flu jab, well, the up the nose version anyway.

Then an hour later his BM went right down to 3.2!

Could the flu jab have been a contributor?

What is a "up the nose version of a flu jab". I have been having the fluvax yearly for the last twenty years or more and never heard of it.
 
Hi tipetoo, its a special version for children where the vaccine is administered via syringe one squirt up each nostril and sniff. Dont think adults can have it though.
 
Only kids who are immunosuppressed get the needle tipetoo - diabetic children in england get nasal. One is live (nasal hence not for immunosuppressed) and the other isnt
