Hi all I'm going on holiday at the end off may what do I need to start sort out and to do away as this is my first holiday since being diagnosed in November.

Make sure travel insurer has the diabetes covered. Spare pen, tester, insulin. Take everything in hand luggage. Should ny need to worry about chilling insulin while away unless v v hot in which case look at Frigo cases.

Just be sure to share your diabetes supplies between yourself and travelling partner (if possible), that way if one bag is lost or stolen you will still have enough to get by.
