Ray, I'm not saying you need to diet mate. I'm just saying what you currently eat will have a direct impact on your BG levels. It's not about being fit or thin. I know it's not easy but 3 slices of bread lol ! Hey, I'm not trying to tell you off ! You're a grown man and it's your body ! People are taking the time to advise, encourage and support you so maybe it can be a little frustrating ! As I said before though, it takes time so keep trying !I don't need to go on a diet or any thing like that mo I have been on the boarded line for a while now but it's only been a week ago since I got diagnose with T2 I do at lease. 3 to 4 hours of excise per day so to tell, me to just to change the way I eat. Is very hard for me to take it. I,am very fit for my age not like some people I no with T2 who is well over weight
No need to applogise mate ! We're on your sideSorry mo for the rant.
Good man ! No more 3 slices of bread tonight lol !Good afternoon. Bg 5.7. Thank you mo
Many doctors will recommend that you stick to the diet advised by Diabetes UK rather than a low carb diet. If you want to stick with a low carb diet though, keep it up! It's clear that it's already starting to make a differenceMorning. 8.1. Bg. Going to see the doctor tonight. To seek out a. Diet sheet so I can. Keep to a low carb diet
Hi Ray,Hi. Mo. Thank you. For the advice but I,am. Hoping to come of all meds in six weeks time for this has I have just be. On the boarded line for a few years now my doctor says the reason why it gone over for was because of my steroid induce and if I can cut out the carbs all most my sugar levels will go back to normal fingers cross
