Food and injecting

hi I'm a bodybuilder and a rugby player always at the gym and when I'm snacking and eating foods ect, don't always know what to inject as doesn't say carbs on all the packaging any ideas?

Most packaging should have nutritional labelling.

You could try the Carbs and Cals app or book which gives info for a lot of food types.

What sort of stuff are you snacking on?
"legislation" dictates that these days, most (if not all.) packaged food stuff has a "nutritional value" list in a panel of the back labelling...
Believe it or not. Even dog food!
