Food Challenge

We all find what works for us. Good luck with the Malaysian meal. This week I was able to tolerate Chinese beef with ginger and spring onion. I ate the spring onion but not the other ones. No rice and didn't eat all of the delicious gravy.

I could have murdered a chow mein but I go for my next HbA1c next week and that's keeping me on the straight and narrow.
