Thought I would start a food diary thread. I'm new to low carbing as are a lot of people on here and thought it would be a good idea if we shared our daily intake. It would also be good to know if we are doing things right so any comments would be gratefully received I'm sure.
Today I am having
Breakfast: 2 M&S sausages (1 carb each) and 2 tablespoons of canned tomatoes (2 carbs)
Lunch - Roast chicken, 20g cheddar cheese and muller corner (22 carbs). Tried to get strawberries from local shop but they didnt have any - hope this doesnt have too much impact on readings
Dinner - Bolognese made with minced beef, garlic, onion, tomatoes and what is left will warm up in the morning and put in a flask for lunch at work
Few cups of tea with semi skimmed milk
