Ok so I asked GPT whether or not boiled green lentils would increase insulin levels more or less than say something like Greek Yogurt 0%.
And it told me Greek Yogurt would increase it more despite having less carbs.
Then I asked whether Greek Yogurt (0%) would increase insulin levels then say Instant Oats. And it still said Instant oats.
(I am assuming 0 sugar in everything I talked above btw.)
And the thing also said: "
Even though instant oats spike blood sugar more, Greek yogurt 0% spikes insulin more. This is a classic example of how glycemic index ≠ insulin index."
Is this accurate or did it mess up?
I also asked whether or not psyilium husk + greek yogurt 0% would decrease insulin levels or release less. But it said:
"
Is what is said above true?

- Psyllium significantly lowered fasting blood sugar, HbA1c, and HOMA-IR (a marker of insulin resistance).
- It did not significantly lower insulin levels in most studies.
