Right sorry to be a pain in the backside and keep asking silly questions sooooo here goes been to tesco and brought a few bits obviously the veg i know is ok ish and the salad, brought some oatcakes for late night snack, also a pkt of crisp type things called the food doctor soy chips, think they where ok carb wise but still learning on that one, also brought wholegrain peanut butter as so far it isnt making me spike, ermmmm ah yes you lot had been saying about hartleys sugar free jelly sachets now i have a tiny fridge (live on a narrowboat) sooooo they had 10 cal hartley jellies will these be ok? mixed beans in tom sauce also would i be ok having 1 or 2 lidl crackers for a snack when hungry?
