Yes, frequently, although I put some tomato puree in as well, and maybe a little pearl barley if its not just me going to eat it. Its basically the same way I cook this squid and lobster stew

Recipe here for low carb paella, haven't tried it as it uses cauliflower rice and I'm not keen but I know you use it Paul, if you try it let me know if it's worth making and I may just give it a go

Light fat cheese has more protein than full fat, and livlife bread has a high percentage of protein.
