Has anyone tried making a Paella with squid rings,Linguistines,chicken,chorizo,saffron,chicken stock but without the rice-I reckon that could be nice as a stew.
Yes, frequently, although I put some tomato puree in as well, and maybe a little pearl barley if its not just me going to eat it. Its basically the same way I cook this squid and lobster stew

Recipe here for low carb paella, haven't tried it as it uses cauliflower rice and I'm not keen but I know you use it Paul, if you try it let me know if it's worth making and I may just give it a go
