I am slowly getting to grips with my new toilet routine on Victoza. I currently sprinkle a teaspoon of flax seeds on my morning yoghurt but what other products help to bind things up a bit? What 'attribute' of food should I be looking at to see if it will do this

Er ....OP wants to bind things up a bit and I think that fibre may do the opposite. Not that I need to bother with all that myself so I could be wrong (again).
