I do not have diabetes
can anyone tell me what foods to eat i like my biscuits is rich tea ok ? aslo i have neen drinking kefir drink and yogurt as i have been having a gurgling tummy plus im going through pre menopause

are you are taking sukkarto?,
I ask this because I am on that and I have stomach "knots" and gurgling (quite loud),
Doc has prescribed Oneprazole, once a day but that doesn't work.

Hi - I think the answer to your question is "it depends". Are you aiming for a particular level of carb intake? What other carbs are you eating? How many rich tea biscuits do you eat? Each biscuit is probably about 60-70% carb by weight.

For me biscuits (any sort) are out. Too much carb - I'm aiming for around 20g/day and only one biscuit might well bust that.
