Hoping someone can help.....I get little blister/spots on the sole of my right foot only. Any idea what this could be and how worried I should be. It starts like a little blister looks like it has fluid in it, can be tender to walk on and uncomfortable.

Hi and welcome to the forum @awesomeash

How is your foot health in general and can you feel this ? Anything related to feet should be checked by a professional because of your t1 status I had a bad bruise which I took a photo of and sent to my DSN who got a doctor to check and saved me a visit so worth getting in touch for peace of mind.

My feet are fine other than when I get these. They are tender and sore to touch when they first show up then after a while it’s fine. I get some tingling now and again in legs and feet. I am going to phone GP on Monday morning.

It really is the best thing you can do, good luck and let us know how you get on, would be good to get a proper diagnosis.

Hi,

How are your BGs in general?
Keep a close eye on any blister development whilst waiting for pro consultation..

I've had it happen twice. Once as a kid on my right thumb & once on my right index finger whilst traveling through India 20 years back? I treated the latter myself. (Had no choice.)

Let us know how you get on.
