so type 1 and lately I've been having pain at the top of my right foot and also been noticing I've not been feeling as much on my right foot as I do my left. E.g don't feel the cold as much. I do feel it but not as much on that foot. Maybe I'm over thinking things but never hurts to be cautious Thing is I've only had diabetes for just under 2 years . My blood sugars are sort of all over the place but they are low a lot as well.

I did go speak to the diabetic doctor but frankly he was useless he cared more about the fact I hard some hard skin which frankly I don't care about and he refused to answer any questions hence why I'm here. It could just be a for injury causing the pain because I do a lot of walking and I do Muay Thai which means my foot is constantly hitting stuff but it is concerning w little

@Jlewis12351996 .
Not sure if this is any use to you.
Before Christmas I had a terrible pain in one of my feet. Walking at times was agony, but touching and applying pressure with my hands caused no pain whatsoever . It only hurt when I walked. Also it only hurt when I was wearing footwear. No footwear, no pain. The pain was mainly on the top of my foot. After a bit of googling I came across.... Extensor Tendinitus. It was everything that I was suffering with. Biggest relief I got was from re lacing my shoes, especially work boots so that the laces were not across the top of my foot. YouTube had some good tips for pain relief.
Not sure if this helps.

Could try getting a chiropodist appointment?

Hi @Jlewis12351996, A GP or podiatrist/chiropodist should be able to make a good assessment. (so should a diabetes doctor).
May I ask what type of diabetes have you been diagnosed with and what diet and treatment are you prescribed?
And was your diabetes doctor more helpful with your diabetes management and up and down BSLs??
