Up 'til this morning 4 doctors and 2 nurses had seen my foot; all had said, "bet that hurts, you need to see a specialist"; this morning I had an appointment with the specialist unit at the hostpital. My foot was seen by 2 podiatrists and the consultant. Finally ... they have concluded the problem is vascular and insufficient blood is getting to the foot. I am being admitted this afternoon for some tests then they will decide the treatment - probably surgery on the veins in my leg.
