BLENDER HOLLANDAISE

1 stick butter ( Kerry gold!)
2 egg yolks
2 t fresh lemon juice
Minced zest of 1 orange or lemon
Salt and cayenne to taste

Melt butter. Pulse yolks and lemon juice in blender
Slowly drizzle butter into yolk mixture with motor running
Blend until the sauce is the consistency of lightly WHIPPED CREAM
If it’s too thick blend with up to 1 T warm water
Stir in zest and cayenne.

Can be refrigerated for another time.

Mmmmm....bought a little blender to make mayo then got too bored and just bought Hellman's.

It’s just another yummy fat option! It really is tasty. Surprisingly more than I thought it would be. And so simple. The orange zest gives it a nice edge over regular but lemon would work too. Not sure what I’d do with the orange though haha
 
What’s the British equivalent of a stick? Is that teaspoon or table spoon of juice?
