Forgetting to take insulin like a **** fool...

What a moron I am; I have forgotten to take my Novorapid about 3 times in the last 3 weeks and only realised a few hours after the event; all this is happening whilst I'm getting great blood sugars (when I do take insulin) having switched to Levemir and it is SO exasperating :roll:

I'm worse than Diabetes UK at sabotaging good control.... :evil:

Can't help with the memory , do you test always before meals, if so put the pen with your tester.
