Forum query - Unread posts

Hi

I hope this is the right place. Most forums have a dedicated place for forum usage questions, but I can't fin one here. Anyway here goes...

All the other forums I use have a specific view which shows just unread posts. Obviously you have to be logged in. Now this works perfectly in Tapatalk on my mobile, but occasionally I use the web interface especially if I think I will be doing any significant amount of typing. So the flags are clearly there showing which threads I have read and which have new additions.

I just cannot find anything in the web view to do this. Am I being a bit dumb and missing something obvious?

There used to be a New Posts link next to Recent Posts on the main page, but it disappeared and was never reinstated. I got around having to perform a more complex operation by bookmarking New Posts and keeping it handy to click on whenever I want to update to new posts only, rather than the mix of new/old given by Recent:

To find/bookmark it - click on Recent Posts and when that displays, click on the "New Posts" tab (far left), then save the URL.

I keep it as a shortcut on my browser toolbar.

Hey, that's spot on! Just tried a comparison against Tapatalk, and first two tries there was one post different, due to people posting. Huh, awkward 8uggers!

But yes, that works perfectly.

'Unread posts' seem to be under the heading 'unanswered threads' on here. It's found at the far right of the bar under the Forums tab. At least for me it is!

Don't think that's the same. Isn't that just threads for which there is just the original post and no subsequent?
