Fruits I've been eating are clemetines/satsumas, bananas and granny smith apples. Are they bad ones? Is corn on the cob with low fat margarine allowed and a good thing to eat?

Thanks, I had a good cry earlier. It just hit me how much I've got to change and the consequences of not doing so. I woorked with a guy who was diagnosed type 2 and he just stuffed his face at lunch and we would all tell him not to eat that stuff but he didn't listen and collapsed one day and was in a coma for weeks.Good luck, you are doing the right thing. There is lots of support on here, but I guess you can tell already. Stress isn't good though, try to stay calm.

I'll need to get used to reading it and stuff so will have to post here foor help and advice until I get the hang of reading it and knowing what the results mean. I assumed it would be like £100 or something for the machine but it's cheap so that's why I wanted to check it was right.
I've drunk loads of water today. I will drink more tomorrow. Until a few weeks ago I did pee a lot and it was light in colour. I noticed this change in colour the past few weeks about once a day. The rest of the time it's ok. That's why I forgotOk, I'm here.
Urine gets very dark when we don't drink enough. And that is easy to do in hot weather like this.
I suggest the first thing you do I drink lots and lots of water. Can you manage a couple of pints? More if poss.
