Pinot Grigio. Not sweet. Last couple of weeks had 4 glasses of white instead of normal 2 as gone to friends fri and sat. 3 glasses this weekend. Could it be the alcohol? The rose? What grape was it?
In my experience, any difference alcohol might make is negligible, although I tend to stick with red wine, G&Slimline T, or the like. Although I had a rum and fruit based cocktail the other evening, I did dilute it with sparkling water. Although, to be fair, that was to make its deliciousness last longer.Pinot Grigio. Not sweet. Am quite sensitive. If between 5-7.5 I'm fine. Anything below 4 or 8 and above not good. I've tested at a range of times so that I know what the norm is for me. Don't normally go above 7.5 even immediately after eating. If I'm ill I can rationalise it. If I eat brekkie too late the I have a liver dump which takes me to 7.5 so if I then have to eat brekkie, I feel rubbish as it goes to between 8 and 9. Just wondering about the carb content of all the green veggies. Surely it isn't much? I like to ask questions to help me work out what's going on - am naturally inquisitive! The rose? What grape was it? And how are you feeling? Historically, you have made statements about feeling rough over certain scores?
Thank you. I love bouncing thoughts off you. Hope you don't mind. I'm probably a bit obsessive about it all but am just trying to get weight and bs down. At least then if I have to increase my meds or inject then I will know I've done everything possible to avoid doing that. My aunt just buried her head in the sand and has become so much worse. She has followed the recommended diet, has gone up in weight and now injects. I admire you for managing to get such good control of your bs!If you use myfitnesspal, you can add recipes, from which mfp then calculates the nutritional data. I've found that excellent for some of our home made specials.........

You see this is what I mean. You are clearly ill. Rational explanation. Higher scores when not ill panics me a bit. Hope you feel better soon. Good nightxxxOf course I don't mind questions/dialogue. It's what this site does best. As you know I'm pretty evangelical about remaining med-free.
Well, if it's any consolation I've had a day of slightly higher scores than I would routinely expect from known foods. The sore throat (that everyone here has at the moment) and sensitive ears are the clues, I think.
