Am I alone in becoming irritated by having to fill out the same information every time I want to download the free stuff from the newsletters?
Now there is even an optional join the forum section, however it won't allow me to continue until it's filled in.
The point is would I get the newsletter if I wasn't a member? So why asked for the same info every time?
Can't we have an "already a member" box or am I missing something?
