Lol ! Frustrating eh ? Trouble is, applying is no guarantee, you need to meet certain criteria. I agree though, the ads can be misleading and they should state more clearly that only a certain percentage of individuals will actually receive any equipment. Some people on this forum have stated they have applied multiple times for meters and strips. This means there are obviously less to go around.
