I’ve changed multiple sensors and I’m still having problems keeping a Bluetooth conection so that alarms work for lows or highs I’ve even changed from iPhone 12 to iPhone 15 and still the same problems … the sensor should work within 33 ft of the connected device and I’m never more than 6 foot away when it’s loosing connection anyone else having these problems ? Thanks

It does lose signal on and off during the day depending where I have abandoned the phone. It either returns or I scan. It doesn’t bother me and my alarms always sound. Though I did switch off the loss of signal one. Too irritating.

Do you find it can vary from one sensor to another?
A good one will stay connected across my flat but most of them will disconnect if I leave the room with my phone.
Good ones are quite rare and mostly I have multiple time outs when no readings are available (for 10 minutes).
Is this the norm?

I’ve had this a lot lately. I’ve spoken to them several times. Apparently it’s because I’m using the latest Apple IOS and the sensors aren’t compatible yet! I know ridiculous, you can only keep connected if you don’t update IOS.
