Type 1 Freestyle 2 LibreLink

Hello,

I have tried everything on my iPhone XR to set the alarms up on my freestyle LibreLink app but when I go in to custom my alarms have no tones to select from and also can’t lower the alert tone… Driving me MAD any help from iPhone users would be great thanks
