freestyle freedom lite monitor

Hi. does anybody use a freestyle freedom lite or have used one. would be very helpful to me to have a little advice on it before I buy one

Yes I have 1 and they are good when you put your
Carbs in it tells you how much insulin to take
Per amount of carbs .

I am so fed up with having high BG I was wondering can I reduce my carbs and have protein shakes instead of food some days ? I'm type 1 and inject 4 times sometimes 6 times a day I feel like cutting carbs completely but know I can't I'm not overweight so don't want to go on a crash diet but the only time I get a normal reading is if I don't eat I'm sick of it I feel like throwing everything in the bin and just let nature take its course !!!!!

Would you qualify for a pump? You only "inject" once every 2-3 days, and as long as you are carb counting, you can eat what you want*.



*as long as you don't go overboard on fat and things that everyone is told to cut back on of course.
