Hi,

The second message looks to me like you may not have held the phone long enough near your sensor to pick up the reading?
Or possibly not near enough to the NFC arial on you phone? Some Samsungs for instance the NFC arial is with the battery.
My old phone it was integrated with the battery & I had to scan knowing where the battery compartment was??

Actually, thinking long & hard about the first message. You downloaded "Diabox" for a trial the other day?
Which may have thrown things regarding the BT side of stuff with the sensor & the Libre app?.

You could try clearing the Bluetooth cache & memory in "apps" "systems apps" "Bluetooth" then "storage?"

Thanks for your reply @Jaylee . I've done the Bluetooth thing but it's still the same. It's definitely scanning though so I suppose I do my best to ignore the 2 messages arghhh!

Could you have moved the phone from the sweet spot scanning in-between the two shakes (vibrations.) or the chirps?

The second message is definitely because the phone was moved between 1st and 2nd 'chirps',

I don't know about the first message becuase I don't use the alarm function being t2

No neither do I on Librelink. My 3rd party app hijacks the alarmy stuff. Along with sending the data.. The sensor seems to prioritise a detected low? Almost boosting the BT signal to the app. My phone can kick off on a low in the other room when I know it beeped a while earlier for a lost signal? & i'm heading in the other direction to the kitchen.
The other alarm stuff is set within perameters interpreted by the other app.

Even though I get the 2 messages it does scan

but re the alarm sounds if I set a reminder I just hear a little sort of very quiet buzz which means I miss half the reminders unless I'm actually with my phone.
Re the low alarm which I have set to 5.6 (due to hypo unawareness) the alarm doesn't make any sound.

Hi,

In you phone settings then "sounds & vibration." & finding "volume."
You should have different volum controls for ringtone, media, system & notifications?

Could notifications be turned down to low in your settings..?

You're doing better than me with you device.. You have an option to shut Bixby up. :)

What about in "apps" >Librelink. Then notifications? Everything ticked there??

There can be so much going on with these devices.. Master volume control buttons on the side of the phone?
