Hi there - I usually buy a few extra libre 2s as spares - but I just tried to login and the website says my account is disabled - has anybody had this ? It won’t let me reset my password and just says disabled.

I had issues a couple of years ago. Different from yours, my address was wrong. I called them up, they were very helpful and it got sorted.

I'm fortunate to get mine on prescription have you tried to call them as their staff are excellent.
