Recently reported in the BMJ. It lists the top providers as well as the lowest. You're doing well to live in the Isle of Wight.

That article is very interesting as it talks about GPs in Birmingham who have prescribed Libre and told the local CCG that it can't interfere with their medical decision making.

Hopefully information on this will spread, so if anyone has a good GP, it's worth talking to them.
