Hi all,
My first time at the forum...it looks great and full of good advice. I am wondering if someone has had the same issue using their Iphone to capture data from the Libre sensor. I currently reside in the Netherlands and get my sensors there. I downloaded the app from the UK Apple store...and it worked for my first sensor.. (how great to be able to see your sugars rising and falling so easily)...2 days into my second sensor the phone (NFC chip) would not scan or recognise the sensor (it just timed out and asked to rescan...no error message). I downloaded the App again (losing my first 2 weeks of data) from Apple Netherlands rather than the UK..the ph still does not recognise the sensor..it just times out and asks me to rescan. I have tried downloading the NFC Chip reader app and using that...no joy. The Libre Reader supplied by Abbott works...but I am trying to avoid carrying both my phone and the reader in my pockets. I know I am having a "first world problem" but has anyone else experienced a similar issue and has a solution.
thanks so much in advance

Tagging @Antje77 in the hope she might have some insight. I was going to suggest it was a sensor problem, but since it works with the reader that can’t be the case.

Thanks for the tag, @Goonergal .
I use cheap smartphones that run on android so I have no clue, apart from turning the phone off and on again.
Could be worth to ask in one of the Libre groups on Facebook though. Hope you'll find out how to solve this!

I have exactly the same issue, which is very frustrating, as I bought an iPhone 7, so I could use the phone.
I have tried all advice, reinstall etc, but it won’t scan. Libre Reader works fine.

I’d really appreciate any assistance.
