Freestyle libre on NHS

I recently visited my GP to discuss the FL and asked if I could get mine prescribed on the nhs. GP said yes but could not find how to do so on the system. Does anyone know how this is going to be done if the GP approves?

It's entirely up to the CCG and so far none have approved it.
