Dexcom definitely WAY less accurate for the first 24 hrs and worsens through unofficially extended second week, and even during the peak period is more approximate when out of range. Ie it''ll be high but often 3-4 mmol different to meter as soon as above say 7-8 (hopefully not often!). And at least sometimes it just gets a bit confused and I'll dose wrongly as a result. But even if it's a bit imprecise, the ability to preempt both high and low makes a huge difference. I've also had about 3 duff sensors replaced this year, although good customer service. Mainly bringing up as I think the libre experience sounds certainly no worse?!

[/QUOTE]
