Just wondering anyone else is having trouble getting hold of freestyle libre?? I have had no answer to the contact forms and the phone number is just silent?!
 
Are you an existing user? Which number are you trying?

I usually use 0500 467466, although having gone 5pm now, you may have missed the boat for today. When did you place your order, as a matter of interest?
 
Back in August. The tracker says in transit 31st aug and then nothing else?! Thanks!! I'll try that number tomorrow. I'm not desperate as they replaced a faulty sensor so I have a spare. Do you find the libre good???

Something has definitely gone wrong then, as I've had two replaced within the last two weeks, with the last being ordered, by Abbott, late Thursday afternoon, and delivered to me on Sunday afternoon. I was astonished.

I've learned a lot from using the sensors. I've found it a little frail, to be honest, and I'm wondering if it's me. I seem to have had so many replacements. To be fair to Abbott though, they don't try to wriggle out of things.
