I was wondering if someone who has this meter can help. I moved house and I cant find the instruction manual. I have looked on the net but cant find what I need.

I want to know how to restore it, or change the insulin section. It only allows me to log long acting insulin, not my meal time ones. I want to change this. Can anyone help?

On mine, when I turn it on, I press the insulin display button then I get a bunch of buttons showing a sun and other things on the bottom of the display. These are the short acting settings.

Mine comes up with two options at the top. L with a Sun and Moon, but no options at the bottom.

My freestyle optium neo has switched over to the insulin dosing screens and won't recognise the glucose strips (but it will recognise the ketone strips). I can't get it back to the usual function of just checking the glucose. Any ideas?
