- not getting access tot he Diabetes Co Uk Cookbooks
Whilst I understand that fresh is best, I lead a very hectic lifestyle. I have reverted to meal prepping on Sundays so that I have easy access to meals for lunch and dinner through the week. I use a lot of the recipes from the various cookbooks on this site but some do not freeze well. I love the soups.
Can you please develop a cookbook of meals that can be prepared and frozen?? Maybe include a section on meal prepping and menu planning?????
