I can't believe I don't know the answer to this (so a bit embarrassed), but is fresh coconut high in carbs? I'm talking about having some straight out the shell.

My daughter bought one and it's looking at me, just asking to be munched...

Does this help @ladybird64, I like a bit of fresh coconut and it takes a bit of eating so a small piece can be quite satisfying
