Hello has anyone managed to sign up to this as each time i try the batch number id request comes up invalid, i do hope someone knows what i am asking about. Thank you
 
I had no difficulty signing up...just put in the batch number for the Victoza pens. However, I didn't find Freshstart much use...
 
Thank you looks like i will have to wait for a new batch as this one does not work.
