Hi everyone,

I’ve just purchased a pump pouch from Frio in advance of my first summer holiday with a pump.

First impressions are that it is massive! Like 4x the size of my t-slim.

I normally wear my pump in my back pocket or pop it into my bra. The size of this pouch doesn’t seem like it’s going to fit in either of these places (especially not in my lighter summer clothes)!!

Any tips on where you put your pump pouch?

I use the trusteel infusion sets, so I refill and change sites every two days. The pump isn’t likely to be in hot temperatures for very long. I prefer to stay in the shade and be inside for the hottest parts of the day.

Unless I was travelling somewhere very hot and planned to have your pump exposed to the sun, I never used nor needed a pump pouch.
I have travelled to some pretty hot places like Miami and Barbados where I kept my pump under my clothes is 40+ degree heat and had no issues.
I would only consider a pump pouch if I considered Sun bathing which isn’t my scene because I get bored too easily.

i used a pump belt under my clothing.
