I just wish they wouldn't quote numbers, especially the ones that look so brilliant.
I was intrigued by the olive oil/vinegar combo, I seem to have my fair share of salads over the years and since I've used the FS Libre I've always fely that my BG was as a result of the low carb element of the meal. I suppose I need to have one salad with a spud and no dressing and then one with dressing.
I've got an open mind but some of the figures seem too good to be true.
I wonder if anyone has had experience of these ideas, I know ground cumin and fenugreek seeds didn't do much for my BG.
hmm, slightly sceptical about this - i've always eaten loads of all the items listed above except ALA - maybe not daily, but a few times a week, plus have been pretty fit for the last ten years, but i still developed t2 ......
