FROZEN SHOULDER - HOMEOPATHY

I have used homeopathic remedy Ruta 200 for frozen, shoulder it worked very well. Can be bought from reputable pharmacists on-line, ie Ainsworths (supplier of remedies to the late Queen and also Helios. Take one in the morning 30 mins before or after eating/drinking/smoking and then one more teatime. Repeat one the following morning, and then just stop. Wait 2 weeks to see affects. Need to store remedy in a cool dark place away from strong smells ie perfume, medicinal cough medicines etc. My former Homeopathic Doctor told me how to administer these doses. He trained in London as a gynaecologist at Guys Hospital and eventually turned completely to homeopathy. Doctor S told me to ignore the sale by date on the bottle, as if stored correctly, they will go on forever. This proved to be correct as I used also used Arnica 200 to stop hip pain and save me having to have a a hip operation - when I looked at the sale by date on the bottle they were 20 years old!" But they worked a treat. Please remember that this is a HOMEOPATHIC REMEDY and not to be confused with herbal medicine which can be very dangerous. Homeopathy remedies are SO dilute that they are harmless and can be used with any other medication. It is best to tip a pill into the cap and tip straight onto the tongue. If you intend to use remedies I would advise looking up how to use same ie the rules. One can get books from the library and also info on-line. P.S. After taking the three doses of Arnica for my hip, by the next day I was 85% better. After waiting the two weeks, I took just one Arnica 200 tablet. This solved the problem. I would like to say I have no medical qualifications but have been studying and treating myself for over 35 years and have helped dozens of different problems from mild food poisoning, stopping the common cold, blocked up nose, osteoarthritis in my knee,
carpal tunnel syndrome, bad circulation in my legs etc. Best of luck Jennyx

[Outlier]

Having seen a very highly-qualified homeopath for many years, there are certain remedies I always keep, and a mixture of Rhus. tox, Ruta graveolens and Arnica is one of them.

Having spent nine years as a physiotherapist in the old days when it was much more hands-on and much less "do these exercises" I can vouch for deep massage by a trained practitioner also being very helpful for frozen shoulder. However, many of the "shoulders" I came across were statin-induced and until the statins were stopped (absolutely forbidden to mention it due to professional protocol) any relief would only be temporary.

So good to have a few more arrows in the quiver.
