So rule for me was stretch on any restrictive motion daily.</p><p></p><p>Eventually adhesion breaks up in my case approx 2 years but you have to fight for the movement back rather than retire to the new restrictive movement. </p><p></p><p>What you tubes on the surgery methods but physio methods work if you pick the correct method and understand how to push pain.</p></blockquote><p></p>
