Berries are one of the things that you are permitted to eat in moderation in a healthy low carb diet. Like green veggies, they contain some good ingredients: vitamins, minerals, antioxidants... Checking the carbs per 100g weight and using you meter will tell you what you may be able to manage.
I love fruit, and fortunately I find I can also eat a few other low sugar fruits in addition to berries, but only in very small quantities and with some sort of cream, maybe yoghurt, or in low carb muffins. I'll generally allow myself approx 10g carbs (so probably between 50-100g weight) a day from fruit, and this is on a very low carb/ketogenic diet.
