Frustrated, really frustrated

Thank you, I did but I don't think I'm able to follow your very disciplined approach. I get really hungry these days and breakfast when I get into work at 7:00 is a must, as is dinner as we have a very early lunch at 11:20!
 
Did you read my post above (#11) oh and alcohol stops the liver from being able to release glucose into the blood as it is dealing with the alcohol. Be careful with beer though

I had a spell of experimenting with the red wine and cheese at bedtime to bring down the morning levels. Sometimes it looked as if it had an effect, but more mornings than most, I could see no difference. The research is here:

You obviously needed to drink more @JenniferW so it lasted longer :D

@Chris Thailand I was trying to reply to your statement that all you needed to do was miss a few meals to lower your baseline. That is precisely what happens for me
