Hi everyone hope everyone is keeping safe. I unfortunately have lost control again of my blood sugars, but not as bad, I'm constantly within the 10-14 range, & i can come down to 9 within 5 hours of my breakfast and medication, i feel awful i have spoken to my DN and she has booked me a phone call with the specialist. I already feel that the DR will tell me that insulin is my only option but i would want more investigation to be done, probably another C-peptide or anything thats relevent to get checked. All i know is ive had enough of feeling like this and i want to try to get my blood sugars stable and keep it that way. It's difficult seeing the numbers that i am seeing when im not eating for number of hours and keeping my water intake to 3L and only eating nuts when hungry, i told the DN that i do believe i have nerve damage and probably other damage which i probably to late to reverse. If i can get back control i will try my best to keep on track and be active and stay away from bad things. Anyway my appointment is 2 week away so i hope to drop my blood sugars ASAP.
