Only? How many carbs per day are you aiming for?The 'Cookies & Cream' bars are only 8.9g of carbs per bar so a good alternative when you fancy a bar to snack on.
I'm back on my low carb diet journey and just thought I'd share my discovery of these bars:

I've found them to be a much cheaper and lower carb option than Carb Killa (which I do also like, particularly the 'Birthday Cake' flavour!). The 'Cookies & Cream' bars are only 8.9g of carbs per bar so a good alternative when you fancy a bar to snack on.

I'll be blunt..I aim to keep under 50
I'll be blunt..
You did really well then you fell off the wagon spectacularly.. I fear that by eating this sort of thing you'll forever prolong the agonies that come from being a slave to food addictions. I wouldn't advocate eating anything composed of more than one ingredient for at least 2 months while you get back into low carb I 'd also suggest cutting carbs to the barest minimum (green veg, cream, eggs only). The more you eat "low carb" processed foods the more you'll be feeding the very things that made you fail before. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh but I think in your case (and indeed in my own) long term you need to get your diet properly sorted first then maybe think about "treats" after 6 months or so.

You'd probably be better off having some Lindt 80% chocolate instead.Noted but I personally need the odd treat and this sort of bar whilst not ideal, stops me reaching for ‘proper’ chocolate.
I did fall off the wagon but this was more to do with a personal battle with anxiety & depression rather than an outright fail in my diet. In short, whilst suffering from the mental illness I stopped caring about my diet choices.
I hear what you say though and sugar is certainly hugely addictive. It’s taken me about 3 weeks of being back on low carb to fully pass the stage of craving a sugar hit.
