Funny Hypo's

Hi Everyone,
My name is Michelle and although I’ve been a member for some years not been brave enough to post!!

I’ve had Type 1 Diabetes for just over 30 years and like most people have had my ups and downs with it especially hypo’s , which is why I’m posting today.

I was chatting with a friend about hypo’s and how they can vary from mild to severe which can sometimes be scary.

But I also have a great sense of humour and sometimes I find them very funny (can also be a symptom!!), even some of the scary ones in hindsight I can see a few funny moments too.

I know others have funny ones too and I will sometimes go on a web crawl to find a few to make me smile (if having a few less than fantastic diabetes days). However this can take up a lot of time and wished there was a book of them to scroll through.

So I have decided to compile an ebook about funny hypo’s with the intention making people laugh a little or a lot .

Now a book just containing stories from just one person would be boring and not that funny so I am inviting you to contribute yours too .

I would love to hear from anyone who has Diabetes treated with insulin and/or anyone who has helped someone having a funny hypo.
