Reading info here has helped me a heck of a lot since being diagnosed with diabetes.
Recently we have had a line of food introduces into the country called FutureLife foods.

It's made it a little easier to do meal planning for the road and for a quick meal before Gym etc. Is it available in the UK? Has anyone else had success managing their blood sugar with these "Meal Replacements"?
Interesting .I can see that some people might find such foods useful on the odd occasion .
Personally I wouldn't want to use it. It seems to be the at the ultra end of those ultra processed products I would rather avoid.
