A forty minute talk by Gabor covering such things as meal timing, frequency and GI. Also covers gremlin, gut hormone responses inc the changes after bariatric surgery. The great thing is that the sources are given.


Edited because predictive text said gremlin instead of grehlin.
There are lots of graphs and slides some of them technical but overall very interesting and while most members have discussed individual topics it is good to see a lot of them in one one presentation. Enjoy.
 
Satchin Panda from Salk Institute has also done extensive studies on Time restricted feeding...

Seriously, I thought it had to do with the mood swings some of us experience when we're having very high levels of BG :hilarious:
