I have recently gone back to low carbing after a long period of stupidity and have brought my figures down from high 20's to around 5. The problem is that when my figures were high I was losing weight, now they are low I am slowly gaining weight. Am being very strict on carbs until I stabalise but not watching fat. Any ideas where am I going wrong?
